Abstract

|
A series of 1,2,4-benzothiadiazine-1,1-dioxide-3-ones was synthesized and their aldose reductase inhibitory activities were evaluated. Most of the compounds synthesized showed moderate activity with the IC50 values of 10^-5 - 10^-6 M in vitro assay.
